NA Standing Committee wraps up its 14th session
(VOVWORLD) - The National Assembly Standing Committee wrapped up its 14th session on Thursday after 8 working days.

In her closing speech, NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan said the Committee discussed issues to be submitted to and preparations for the next session of the NA. She asked the government, the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuracy, the State Audit, the Council for Ethnic Affairs, and NA Committees and agencies to comprehend draft laws for submissions at the NA. Deputies agreed to postpone the submission of the revised draft law on environmental protection taxes. Ms Ngan said the 15th session of the NA Standing Committee will be held between October 11 and 13 before the 4th session of the NA.
