(VOVworld) – National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung worked with the State Treasury on Friday on the 68^th anniversary of the financial sector. Since its establishment 23 years ago, the State Treasury has consolidated its footing in the financial system, contributing significantly to the country’s renewal process, budget collection, social security, and national defense.

Chairman Hung said the financial sector should continue to ensure adequate state budget for national development in the new phase of development and international integration. He asked the financial sector and the State Treasury to continue fine tuning their institutions to suit the country’s current conditions.
