The website provides official information about the upcoming 13th National Party Congress in six language: Vietnamese, English, French, Chinese, Spanish and Russian.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong called on agencies to focus on the importance of the Party Congress at all levels and the 13th National Party Congress and to keep the audience informed of the Communist Party of Vietnam's guidelines and views on national construction and defense.
