The event came ahead of the 80th anniversaries of the August Revolution (August 19), National Day (September 2), the traditional day of the People's Public Security Force, and the 20th anniversary of the "All people protecting national security" festival.
Following the incense offering in memory of President Ho Chi Minh and the nation’s revolutionary predecessors, Mr. Lam wrote a heartfelt message into the memorial guestbook, expressing the State’s deep gratitude for the contributions of generations of revolutionaries. The message expressed a hope that the relic site will continue to serve as a “red address” for younger generations, inspiring patriotism and fidelity to Vietnam’s traditions.
