Party chief receives ANC First Deputy Secretary-General
(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary To Lam received Nomvula Mokonyane, First Deputy Secretary-General of South Africa’s ruling African National Congress (ANC), who is on a working visit to Vietnam until Thursday.

The Party leader expressed confidence that the visit will further strengthen relations between the two Parties as well as the traditional friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and South Africa.
Ms. Mokonyane said that her visit, which follows the recent phone talks between General Secretary Lam and ANC President and South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, reaffirms the ANC’s commitment to enhancing ties between the two Parties and States.
