Mr. Lam addressed a year-end meeting of the Party Central Committee’s Organization Commission in Hanoi on Monday. He praised the sector’s comprehensive achievements, from actively advising on institutional improvement, Party building and rectification to personnel work.
“How to have a team of officials who are dedicated to the country, to the people, and to the cause of the Party. To do this, we need new thinking in the process of implementing the Party's regulations, because our motive is to serve the country, the people, and the cause of the Party."
The Party chief urged an urgent review of the Party's regulations and issuance of new regulations on functions, tasks, organizational structure, and mechanisms to pool talents.
In particular, the Central Organization Commission and the entire Party building and organization sector should carry out their tasks coupled with the preparation of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress, he said.
