Pho Festival 2026 to promote Vietnam's signature dish as heritage
(VOVWORLD) - The Pho Festival 2026 will take place in the northern province of Ninh Binh next Friday, bringing together a artisans, chefs, researchers and leading pho brands from across the country.

As part of the festival, there will be a trip to Van Cu village in former Nam Dinh province, the cradle of Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup), and activities recreating the journey of the traditional craft village, demonstration spaces for artisans and a ritual to pay tribute to the founder of the craft.
A highlight of the festival will be a large-scale exhibition and culinary experience area with more than 40 booths introducing Pho from the three regions of Vietnam.
Other activities include a forum on Vietnamese Pho in the flow of World Heritage, culinary demonstrations of Pho cuon (fresh pho rolls) of three regions as well as art performance and workshops on Pho.
In recent years, Vietnamese Pho has been ranked among the world’s most delicious and famous dishes, including top 30 best dishes in the world in 2018, top 20 best soups in the world in 2021, and top 100 most delicious and famous dishes in the world in 2022.
