(VOVWORLD) -The greatest success in organizing the Autumn Economic Forum 2025 is to make the Forum the starting point for a long-term, sustainable and strategic cooperation journey, bringing benefits to all countries and international partners, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said on Wednesday.

In his address at the closing ceremony of the two-day Forum in Ho Chi Minh City, the PM stressed the need to continue to coordinate closely, build the Autumn Economic Forum into an annual strategic dialogue platform with regional and global credibility on innovation and sustainable development.
He summarized the takeaways from the Forum which are sharing common perceptions about the world; strengthening solidarity, cooperation and dialogue, cooperation for resources and dialogue for trust; and identifying dual transformation (green and digital) as an inevitable, irreversible trend, an objective requirement, a strategic choice, and a top priority for each country in the process of rapid and sustainable development.
The Prime Minister said he hopes that international partners and organizations will continue to work with Vietnam in the spirit of "substantive, sincere, and effective" cooperation for exchanging on common development issues and making Vietnam to "green, digital sandbox lab" of the region.
To turn vision and common perceptions into practical actions, PM Chinh suggested that Ho Chi Minh City be proactive, creative, and ready to pioneer as sandbox lab for green economic, green finance, and smart urban models. The Prime Minister urged businesses change mindset, boldly invest in R&D, technological innovation, and apply new economic models.
