PM launches Dong Dang-Tra Linh expressway project
(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Monday pressed the button to commence the construction of an expressway linking Dong Dang township in Lang Son province and Tra Linh district in Cao Bang province.

In the first phase, a 90km section will be built in 3 years at a cost of 590 million USD. The expressway is designed for a speed of 80 km/h.
PM Chinh said that this has been the biggest transport infrastructure project in Cao Bang province so far.
The project will create a new vital international expressway for the transport of goods from Lach Huyen International Port (Hai Phong city) to Chongqing - Urumqi (China) - Khorgos (Kazakhstan) and then to European countries, he said.
The same day, PM Chinh inspected the operation of the Cao Bang Iron and Steel Plant in Cao Bang city.
