Prime Minister Chinh said that in the new context, the two countries need to cooperate, create strength, and exchange ideas to enhance mutual trust and understanding. He expressed his hope that the two Communist Parties will continue to exchange and learn from each other's experiences, build and strengthen the Party, and develop a contingent of cadres commensurate with historical standards.

The Prime Minister proposed continuing theoretical exchanges, practical research, and mapping out both short-term and long-term visions for the two Parties. He emphasized that Vietnam cannot do without the assistance of Russia, especially in energy, oil and gas, and issues related to national security and defense, and culture, in order to achieve its development goals, including double-digit growth.

For his part, Chairman Ziuganov expressed his belief that Vietnam will become a model for development and that under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Vietnam will continue to achieve many new successes in socio-economic development. Russia will always stand alongside Vietnam in its development process, he added.
