At a meeting of the Party cell in Quang Chinh 6 hamlet, Quang Ninh province, on Tuesday, President Cuong urged authorities at all levels to streamline organizational structures, clarify responsibilities, and improve the quality of cadres, particularly at the grassroots level, to meet the challenges posed by the merger of administrative units.
He called for stronger efforts to accelerate administrative reform, enhance the application of information technology, and thoroughly address public concerns.
“The purpose of restructuring is to ensure a streamlined, efficient, and effective apparatus. With unity and consensus, we can overcome even the toughest challenges,” said President Cuong.
Earlier that day, the President inspected the Public Administrative Service Centre in Quang Ha commune.
