(VOVworld)-Vietnam’s consistent and considered policies on religion and belief have created favorable conditions for religions to co-exist peacefully within the Vietnamese community, said Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at a meeting in HCM city on Monday.

Mr. Phuc told the 55 senior dignitaries present from religious organizations that religious communities have rendered great services to the nation.
“Religious dignitaries have actively encouraged followers to obey the law and policies. Lay people have engaged in humanitarian programs, helping to reduce poverty and prevent social evils”, stated  Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
