The resolution combines theory and practice and embodies the intelligence and aspirations of the Party and the people. The resolution includes socio-economic development tasks until 2025 and strategy until 2030 with a vision to 2045. It will serve as a guideline for Party and State operations and social development.

The Politburo has asked Party organizations at all levels to regularly host sessions for their members to study the resolution and make it a reality, to improve their awareness and actions, win public acclaim, consolidate the national great unity, and fuel the people’s patriotism, self-reliance, and aspiration for development, prosperity, and happiness.

The study and dissemination of the resolution will help prevent ethical and lifestyle degradation, promote Party ideology, and resist hostile fabrications.

An action plan should follow the training course on the Party resolution to adapt it to each locality’s circumstances.
