Russia lifts travel ban for Finland, Vietnam, India and Qatar

(VOVWORLD) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order Monday lifting a travel ban on Finland, Vietnam, India and Qatar, beginning Wednesday. 
A government press statement said: “For citizens of Finland, Vietnam, India & Qatar, the restrictions on entry to Russia, imposed due to the spread of COVID19, are being lifted.” It also said the citizens of these countries will be able to travel to Russia only by plane.

On January 16, the Russian anti-coronavirus crisis center announced the resumption of flights between Moscow and Hanoi, New Delhi, Helsinki, and Doha twice a week beginning Wednesday.
