At the session, NA Vice Chairman Nguyen Duc Hai urged the Government to continue reviewing the scope of the revisions to make sure they cover all policy areas, including regulations on attracting strategic investors.

He called for refining provisions to ensure that high-risk policies are accompanied by clear principles for oversight and management that balances the legitimate interests of citizens, the State, and investors.

“The revisions need to be improved so that they provide necessary, feasible breakthrough mechanisms for Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang following their administrative mergers. The revisions should address existing obstacles and ensure that the two cities can achieve the development goals set out by the Party and their Party Committees,” said Hai
