Speaking at a dialogue with  farmers on Tuesday, Mr. Chinh called for collective action to propose solutions, address policy barriers, and prioritize development efforts to achieve these goals sooner, ultimately ensuring a prosperous and happy life for the people.

The Prime Minister emphasized the need for strategic planning to unlock land resources for agricultural development, strengthening regional connectivity, and diversifying products, supply chains, and markets.

He said the State will continue to sign agreements to expand export markets, while asking farmers to focus on producing high-quality products, building strong agricultural brands, as well as applying science, technology, and innovation in agriculture and strengthening digital transformation.

The Prime Minister reaffirmed the Party and State’s commitment to reforming institutions to attract resources for rural development.
