(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam’s national football team climbed 3 places to 107th in the world and 19th in Asia in the latest FIFA rankings, the biggest rise of any national team in this update, the Vietnam Football Federation announced Monday.
The 3-place rise strengthens Vietnam position in Asia and creates momentum for upcoming competition. Japan earned 18th place, Iran 20th place, and South Korea 22nd place in the world rankings.
