Techcombank Hanoi International Marathon to kick off on Oct. 5

(VOVWORLD) -The 4th Techcombank Hanoi International Marathon, an annual sporting event, will kick off on October 5 with 13,000 domestic and foreign people registering to join.

This year's race will pass through 37 prominent landmarks of Hanoi, from historical and cultural sites to modern symbols, reflecting the dynamic development of the capital city. This is not only a sports journey but also an opportunity to explore and experience Hanoi.
Participants will race in two distances – Marathon (42.195 km) and Half Marathon (21.1 km). There will appropriate route adjustments to ensure safety and limit impacts on people's lives.

Organizers will offer attractive sideline activities, taking place throughout three days, from October 3 to October 5. Among them is a race for children aged 5 to 14 years competing with two distances of 3 km and 1.5 km. The Marathon Village will be an interesting sightseeing and check-in spot.
