(VOVworld)-The Central Theoretical Council and the National Political Publishing House have agreed to step up coordination in science research and staff training. Under an agreement signed on Friday, the two agencies will also increase cooperation in consultancy for annual plan development, assessment of publications, and introduction of materials relating to theory research on mass media. Phung Huu Phu, Vice Chairman of the Theoretical Council addressed the signing ceremony on Friday ‘The agreement aims to improve the quality of the two agencies.
