These are the political, spiritual, and cultural foundations for Vietnam in its struggle against foreign invaders, as well as in its renewal process and international integration. As we enter a new era of development, it remains a source of strength and an endless inspiration for the country’s rapid and sustainable growth.”

Participants presented papers honoring Vietnam’s achievements over the past 80 years in economics, society, international integration, and improvements in people’s livelihoods.
