(VOVworld)- The two Koreas agreed to begin a 7^th round of talks on their joint industrial zone Kaesong next week after the South Korean Ministry of Unification agreed to North Korea’s proposal, saying both sides should be able to hold fresh talks on August 14. According to the Central Korean News Agency, the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea has called on both sides to cooperate to avoid prolonging Kaesong’s closure. Pyongyang will guarantee the safety of all South Koreans who travel to Kaesong and will allow North Korean workers to return to their work at the factories in Kaesong.
