(VOVworld)- The UN Security Council on Thursday approved Resolution 2127 allowing French and African military forces to deploy in the Central African Republic in order to avoid a bloody conflict. The resolution, suggested by France, allows implementing an International Support Mission in the Central African Republic. The 12-month mission with French army support aims at helping civilians, establishing routes for humanitarian aid and stabilizing the country. The same day, more than 100 people including women and children were killed and wounded in clashes between insurgents and night-watchmen in the capital city of Bangui.
