Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Long said: “The signing of the cooperation agreement to establish an Energy Partnership with Germany upgrades bilateral relations in energy and industry. It opens a new framework for cooperation and creates favorable conditions for businesses, especially German companies, to invest, trade, and collaborate in science, technology, and technology transfer with Vietnamese enterprises, particularly in the renewable energy sector.”
