The agreement, signed on Sunday during the “Vietnam 2045” seminar in London, serves as a blueprint for a Vietnamese knowledge ecosystem in the UK. The bank is a network where every individual, whether first-year student or leading expert, has a place.

The MoU also includes a “UK-VN Mentoring Program” in which Vietnamese professors and professionals will mentor students, and an “Elite Scholars Lab” in which leading academics will guide outstanding students and researchers through projects and practical initiatives.
