During a meeting with Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh in the UK, VIS members said Vietnam has significant potential to become a key international financial hub in the region and globally.

However, they said, Vietnam needs a clear development strategy, a transparent business environment, high-quality human resources, modern financial infrastructure, a robust financial market, and a strong international brand to develop an international financial center.

They provided insights into the banking system, financial markets, corporate governance, and the role of businesses, emphasizing the need for systematic investment in human resource development at each stage to enhance competitiveness and integration.
