Vietnamese women’s volleyball wins SEA V.League
(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese women’s volleyball team made history on Sunday, claiming their first-ever SEA V.League title by defeating Thailand 3-2 in a thrilling five-set match in the second and final leg of the 2025 Southeast Asia Women’s Volleyball Championship (SEA V.League).

This was the first time Vietnam has defeated Thailand in an official tournament. The Philippines secured third place by beating Indonesia 3-0. The second leg of the tournament ran from Friday to Sunday in Ninh Binh province.
Vietnam’s comeback triumph not only secured the SEA V.League championship but raised hopes for even greater future achievements in women’s volleyball.
