Vietnam’s commitment to multilateral cooperation evident in its participation in global forums

(VOVWORLD) -Vietnam represents not just a development success story, but a testament to how trade and development can work together to transform the lives of people, said Rebeca Grynspan, Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) on Monday.

Vietnam has become one of the countries with the highest literacy rates. It also sets an example for logistics and seaports. Logistics are very important to the success of Vietnam today. Vietnam is particularly focused on innovation, science, and technology, said Grynspan, adding that this will be an important factor in Vietnam’s future success.

Vietnam’s commitment to multilateral cooperation is evident in its active participation in global forums like the World Economic Forum, Grynspan noted.

This year marks Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s second attendance at the Davos meeting, a move Grynspan called highly significant.

The meeting provides an excellent platform for Vietnam to showcase its achievements and share its development model with the world, Grynspan remarked.
