Vietnam's passport now offers visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 51 out of 227 destinations, it said. This is one of Vietnam’s biggest jumps since the Henley Passport Index began ranking world’s passports in 2005.
The Henley Passport Index is the original ranking of all the world’s passports according to the number of destinations their holders can access without a prior visa. It is based on exclusive and official data from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and is published bi-annually at the beginning of Q1 and Q3 with regular updates.
