Vietnam’s trade with other CPTPP members grows 19%
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam’s total trade with other members of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) reached 88 billion USD in the January-October period, up 19% over the same period last year, according to a conference in Hanoi on Monday reviewing 3 years of the trade pact.

The CPTPP has driven Vietnam’s impressive export growth and created more markets for Vietnamese products, but businesses must do more, Nguyen Thu Trang, head of the WTO and International Trade Center of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said.
"Our 2022 survey shows that businesses’ awareness and access to information on free trade agreements have improve significantly but not enough. The State should provide them with detailed information about each product and its market," said Trang.
