Many polling stations were bustling from early morning. Voter Ngo Thi Ngoc Mai said, “I took advantage of voting early because I still have to go home to take care of my business. I came early to fulfill my duty as a citizen. Even though I arrived early, I saw that many people were already there. It’s cheerful and lively. There are so many people coming to vote.”

Voter Nguyen Huy Hoang told VOV, “My daily job is driving a delivery truck, so I passed by the polling station quite early this morning. I was rushing to get to work, but I still managed to vote early. Even though I arrived early, I found it very exciting. Before election day, everyone focused on disseminating information and campaigning very well, so people understood the Election Law and the voter list better.”
