Organized by the Ministry of Public Security, the festival aims to foster arts and culture exchanges and deepen mutual understanding between the Vietnam People's Police and their counterparts around the globe. This is also an opportunity to promote the image of Vietnam and its people to the world.
Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security, and Head of the event’s Organizing Board, said: “We hope that the participating teams will deliver impressive performances that showcase the strength of their law enforcement forces. Through music, we will together spread the message of love, solidarity, and responsibility, and the spirit of friendly cooperation among the law enforcement forces of different countries.”
Audiences in Hanoi can also enjoy the sounds of Japan’s Tokyo Police Band and traditional Festival Drum group, alongside performances by police and military bands from Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Algeria, Saudi Arabia and China’s Beijing Police Band.
