(VOVworld) - Vietnam’s biggest annual arts and handicrafts fair, Tet Dome, is in Hanoi. 200 paintings, 200 ceramic items, 50 and Áo dài (Vietnamese traditional female costumes) collections are on display.


As 2016 is the Year of the Monkey, many displayed ceramic products potrayed this active animal.


The fair aims to preserve the traditions of Tết in Vietnam. This picture shows a simulated antique living room decorated for Tết.


Lots of Vietnamese cultural significance can be found in the exhibited products.

The organising board said in a press conference on Friday that they hope visitors will get a taste of traditional Tết at the Tet Dome 2016 fair.

The event will run until February 5th at Hang Da Galleria, 39A Ly Quoc Su, Hanoi.
