(VOVWORLD) -Moscow will prepare a separate list of conditions for a ceasefire with Ukraine, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday.

"I won’t tell you anything for sure at this point,” the spokesman said, but added that there will be a separate list of conditions for a ceasefire, which was agreed upon during a recent peace talks in Istanbul between Russian and Ukrainian negotiators.
Peskov also rejected Ukraine and Europe’s accusations that Moscow is stalling peace talks.
The spokesman, however, said a meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin is "possible," but only if the two sides "achieve certain results in the form of agreements".
