(VOVworld)-The Electricity of Vietnam will spend another 6 billion dollars to improve its power generation productivity this year, This is a 17% increase from last year as 5 more turbine groups will come into operation this year with a total output of some 1,600 megawatt hours. More than 190 power grid facilities will be completed this year with expansion of major thermal power plants, including Thai Binh 1 and Vinh Tan 4.
