(VOVWORLD) - A new industrial and logistics project worth nearly 35 million US dollars has officially broken ground in Hai Phong city.

The EHA Hai Phong Industrial and Logistics Park was launched on Sunday at the Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park, part of the Dinh Vu–Cat Hai Economic Zone. The project covers an area of nine hectares.
The development will focus on international-standard, ready-built factories and warehouses, with factory units starting from 2,500 square meters and mixed-use facilities from 3,300 square meters.
In the next two years, the project aims to expand its portfolio to at least 100 hectares of ready-built industrial and logistics facilities, targeting companies seeking to relocate or diversify their global supply chains.
Chu Viet Ha, Chief Executive Officer of EHA Industrial, said the company’s core development strategy centers on “green, smart, and sustainable” industrial parks.
He said all EHA-developed industrial zones will meet international green certification standards, apply advanced technologies to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, promote circular economy practices, and strictly comply with environmental protection and workplace safety regulations.
