Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan said the Fund has raised 66.8 million USD over the past 18 years to help millions of disadvantaged children across the country access education, healthcare, and better living conditions. But 6.7% of children in special circumstances require ongoing support, she said.
"I hope that through this program, authorities, organizations, families, and individuals will continue to support the care, education, and protection of children," said Vice President Xuan.
Practical action will help all children benefit from 40 years of national renewal, enabling them to develop fully and contribute to Vietnam’s goal of becoming a global leader, Xuan added.
