(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang praised the achievements and contribution of the military supplies sector over the past 70 years.

At a ceremony to mark the sector’s 70
th anniversary, President Sang presented the sector with the Feat-of-Arms Order, Second Class. President Sang said: “The military supplies sector needs to conform to Party and State guidelines and policies on the people’s war, national defense, and logistics, implement the resolutions of the 12
th National Party Congress, and the resolution on national defense, and work out tasks in the new situation”.
President Sang asked the military supplies sector to expand scientific research, apply advanced technology, and improve its management capacity to become a more elite force for national defense in the context of high-tech war.
