The exhibition center was constructed by Saiko Construction and Trading Co., Ltd., with the investment from the People's Committee of Son Tra District. Architect Ho Khue (Ho Khue Design and Construction Co., Ltd.), who designed the center, was named "Architect of the Year."

The open-space design has unique elements such as a green park and a grass roof, which contributes a green touch and serves as an architectural highlight in the urban landscape.

Established in 2012, Ashui Awards are likened to the Oscar of the Vietnamese architecture and construction industry. The awards honor architects and their works, contractors, construction engineering firms, real estate investors, and developers with distinguished contributions to society.
