(VOVWORLD) - The 2025 Van Don Orange Festival took place over the weekend in the Van Don special zone, Quang Ninh Province, featuring a wide range of activities.

The event, themed “A Season of Joy,” offered tours and hands-on experiences at households with successful orange-growing models, along with sports exchanges, traditional folk games, and visits to “Rural Market” booths showcasing oranges, OCOP products, and local agricultural goods.
Highlights included orange-themed contests such as the most creative “Rural Market” booth display, the fastest and most skillful orange harvester, the best orange basket arrangement, and interactive competitions for visitors.
This year marks the third edition of the Van Don Orange Festival, which aims to honor orange cultivation, promote the product, expand trade and consumption, and bring the Van Don orange brand closer to consumers both within and beyond Quang Ninh.
The festival also aligns with Quang Ninh’s 2025 tourism stimulus campaign and celebrates the 77th anniversary of Van Don’s founding on December 26.
