(VOVWORLD) -President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko hosted a grand ceremony to welcome Party General Secretary To Lam, his wife and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation at the Independence Palace in the capital city of Minsk on Monday.

President Lukashenko invited General Secretary Lam to step up to the podium of honor. The military band played the national anthems of the two countries.
Next, the two leaders reviewed the Guard of Honor.
After the welcoming ceremony, they held talks, witnessed the exchange of cooperation agreements, and addressed the press to announce the outcomes of their talks.
