At polling station No. 2, My Hiep village, Ninh Phuoc commune, there are 3,236 voters, more than 98% of them are Cham ethnic people.

Ms. Dang Thi Thanh Ha, a Cham ethnic woman, said, “Our My Nghiep village is a traditional Cham brocade weaving village. In recent years, the villagers have embraced information technology and used social media to promote our hometown products. Thanks to investment capital, roads have been paved with concrete, schools, electricity and water supply, and irrigation systems have also been upgraded. My family and many households have a more stable life. In this list of candidates, it’s an honor to have two female Cham ethnic candidates running for National Assembly representative and two female candidates running for the Provincial People's Council.”

According to Han Van Tan, born in 1963, residing in Hamlet 13, “The Party, the State, and Khanh Hoa province are setting a high goal of double-digit economic growth. We hope that programs and projects will be implemented effectively, linked to national target programs, and in accordance with the socio-economic conditions and cultural life of the Cham people. It is necessary to strengthen the connection between traditional Cham craft villages and Cham cultural relic sites in Ninh Phuoc commune and Khanh Hoa province, thereby developing tourism effectively and contributing to the overall development of the locality.”

The Cham ethnic minority voters here believe that the elected representatives will be worthy individuals, representing the will and aspirations of the people and working together to build a more developed Khanh Hoa.
