(VOVworld) – The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea said its missile launch is normal and this took place in its territory. Rodong Sinmun newspaper said Pyongyang will continue its self-defense right. It also criticized the US for calling Pyongyang’s missile launch provocative and hostile act while Washington is developing advanced weapons. Last Sunday, North Korea fired two short-range ballistic missiles into the sea west of its coast prior to the visit by Chinese President Xi Jinping to the Republic of Korea. Earlier, Pyongyang also launched a number of short-range ballistic missiles which were strongly protested by the US, Japan and the Republic of Korea.
