Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi proposed a dialog with all Egyptian political forces to discuss Egypt’s current transition phase.  Foreign Ministry Spokesman Yasser Ali said there are only 13 days before Egyptians vote on new draft constitution and if they approve the constitution, all constitutional claims since March 19 will become invalid. The Egyptian Constitutional Court has suspended its operation and says it will not supervise the constitutional referendum. Meanwhile, opposition political organizations are planning a protest march on the Presidential Palace today.
