“Fukuoka Days in Hanoi 2013” opens
(VOVworld) - A Vietnam-Japan festival, themed “Fukuoka Days in Hanoi 2013”, has opened in Hanoi to mark the 5th anniversary of friendship cooperation between Hukuoka prefecture and the capital city.

Speaking at the launching ceremony on Thursday, the prefecture governor, Ogawa Hiroshi, praised the fruitful cooperation over the past 5 years:
“Fukuoka prefecture has been a gateway to Asian countries for many years. Since the signing of a cooperative memorandum of understanding with Hanoi, we have implemented many exchange activities to promote cooperation in environment, trade, culture and arts.”
The Days of Fukuoka in Hanoi will last until Saturday.
