The four-day festival is expected to attract tens of thousands of visitors from Vietnam and abroad.

This year’s festival offers a variety of cultural, art, sports, and religious activities, including an incense offering ceremony in honor of Princess Huyen Tran, a Spring ritual for national prosperity and peace, a peace walk, and a discussion of "The Influence of Buddhism on the Ma Nhai Documentary Heritage at the Ngu Hanh Son Scenic Spot."  There will also be exciting boat races, a village flag festival, a tug-of-war, and stilt-walking.  

"The festival has always been an attractive destination for domestic tourists, an opportunity for foreign tourists to learn about Vietnam’s Buddhist history and culture, and a cultural exchange between people from all over the world," Tran Chi Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee, said.

Since 2000, the Festival has been recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism as one of the 15 major festivals of Vietnam. In 2021, it was recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage.
