(VOVworld) The government will provide people in Lang Son and Dien Bien province with 4,000 tons of rice from the national reserves to help local farmers tackle food shortages during crop intervals. Earlier, the Prime Minister agreed to support people in 13 other provinces in northern and central regions with more than 22,000 tons of rice for the same purpose.
