The event co-organized by Hanoi’s People’s Committee and Ha Giang province’s People’s Committee aims to promote the image of land and people of Ha Giang province to visitors. Ha Giang is famous for its karst plateau, beautiful buckwheat flowers, terraced fields, and diversified cultures of ethnic groups. It also boasts specialties such as honey, Shan Tuyet tea, and seedless persimmon. Sung Thi Say, head of Dong Van district’s Center for Culture and Tourism Information, said: “Various local specialties such as dried beef, buckwheat flower and corn wine are displaying at this event. We hope that the display will help promote the cultural values and products of Ha Giang to Hanoians”.
