Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Trong Dien, Director of the Hanoi Department of Health, said that ensuring health security, disease prevention and control, food safety, environmental hygiene, and readiness to respond to any medical situation are key tasks that directly contribute to the success of the Congress.

Director Dien and other officials inspected the stockpiles of medicines, medical equipment on ambulances and specialized vehicles, as well as machinery and chemicals for epidemic prevention and control.
