The delegates discussed reports on policies to support agricultural production and development, enhancing the city’s infrastructure, and developing education, and healthcare until 2020 with a vision to 2030. The reports recommended Hanoi to encourage investment in the production of crops, various varities of domestic animals, aquaculture. The beneficiaries will be offered 100% of their loan interest rates for a maximum of 3 years and enjoy 70% of the project’s investment value. From now until 2020, Hanoi plans to build 600 new schools, 400 of which will be kindergartens. Regarding healthcare, the municipality will ensure every communes has a health center and over the next 5 years, 10 new hospitals will also be built.
