"Happy Vietnam" photo and video contest kicks off in Hanoi

The event aims to popularize Vietnam's various achievements recorded in socio-economic and cultural development and its human rights protection efforts through the work of people from all walks of life, both at home and abroad.

Entries must be multi-dimensional images about the nation, creating a chance for everyone, wherever they are, to experience a close, sincere, and warm life across all regions in the country.
